Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at GRASP Innovations, you will play a crucial role in driving our business expansion efforts in the hospitality industry and potentially other markets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry and other target markets. Leverage your industry knowledge and networking skills to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and assess competitor activities. Use this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and position our products as superior solutions in the market.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the executive team to define sales objectives, pricing strategies, and product positioning to maximize revenue growth.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide excellent customer service, offer product demonstrations, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  5. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality industry or related sectors.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry players.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or relevant markets is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
