Eneqto forms the technological backbone of the foundry. The platform uses artificial intelligence and a component-based architecture, so software capabilities can be deployed as reusable building blocks. This lets us build faster, maintain more easily and stay flexible, for ourselves and for clients who use Eneqto directly.

Redmayne
Redmayne builds legal AI for M&A and corporate legal. The platform brings email, documents and negotiated M&A content together and delivers high-level legal work.
Redmayne is a joint venture of Pack2 and Emendis, where M&A specialists and software engineers build together. The platform has two product lines. Legal M&A is an AI workspace for drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents. Legal Workflow automates the entire legal process for corporates and governments, from intake to signing, integrated via Eneqto. At its core: maintained Dutch SPA/SHA content, output with source references and full control over data and model choice.
